Installation of EEUQ App

Hi,

While installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2017, I am getting the following Error (See attached Image). What is the solution for that?

I removed Microsoft C++ Redistribute 2015-2019 and installed 2017 version but the EEUQ app still does not work, shows the same error (unable to start correctly).

If you receive this message it means the required Microsoft C++ runtime library is already installed.
The error that you get when starting EE-UQ might be caused by another issue.
Can you provide more information? does it show a specific error message?

Hi here is the error (see attached image). this is after installation of Microsoft 2017 C++ redistribution

Can you check if there is a debug.log text file in the EE-UQ folder under Documents?
if there is one, can you post it here?
Also is it possible to provide some information about the operating system you are using?
Is it Windows 8 or 10? and is it 64 bit?
