Kuanshi,
Thanks for your response, that solved one error but I now get the error "Could not find the building ID 1 in the database" for the local run and "The results folder is empty" when I run on DesignSafe. The zip folders are too large to attach, but I can upload whatever may help diagnose the issue.

Regional Hazard Simulation (R2D, rWhale) / No results to import! Error code
« on: September 21, 2021, 01:34:45 AM »
I am running an analysis locally with user specified ground motions (from the output of an Earthquake Scenario Simulation) and buildings, MDOF building model and OpenSees analysis. I am getting No results in the EDP/DM/DV .csv files but not sure where the error is.

Ajay,
I am just trying to load the example Lab02 from off GitHub, so I opened without changing parameters. There do not seem to be an empty row or extra boundary conditions. When I try to send to DesignSafe it crashes and I do not get a new run in the queue.

Hydrodynamic Engineering (Hydro-UQ) / Hydro-UQ Crashing
« on: July 30, 2021, 07:15:31 PM »
The program keeps crashing when I try to submit to DesignSafe, and when I open back up there is no run queued. I am trying to run Lab02 from the workshop.

I believe this file looks fine as well.

Here they are. Thank you Kuanshi!

When I try to run a hazard simulation very similar to the example one, I receive this hazard simulation script error with exit code 1 before anything runs. What does this exit code mean? Is there an issue with the inputs?

23
I have been able to run a few of the built-in examples, but the three training material examples all give "No results to import!" when I run on the local or "Results folder is empty" for running on DesignSafe. I followed the images for input selection for examples 1 and 2, but there were none for 3 but it still ran and gave the error when loading results.

Regional Hazard Simulation (R2D, rWhale) / Re: Fitting window
« on: July 02, 2021, 09:42:03 PM »
Thanks Steve, I can see everything on the screen when I reduce the scale. It would be nice if in future releases you could scroll through pages if they don't fit!

This solved that problem so that it ran, but I now get that the results folder is empty. I still get the Python error exit code 1 when running on local machine.

26
I receive "An error occurred in the Python script, the exit code is 1" when using any of the three earthquake datasets downloaded from the trainingMaterial folder on DesignSafe. This is the same as when I manually load the input files for the included examples instead of loading them through the Examples drop-down.

When running remotely on DesignSafe, I receive "ERROR: JOBS_APP_UUID_NOT_FOUND Application rWhale-2.4.0u3 not found for tenant designsafe."

Regional Hazard Simulation (R2D, rWhale) / Fitting window
« on: June 29, 2021, 06:58:29 PM »
When I first open the application on my Dell laptop the window appears larger than my screen so I cannot see all of the buttons. Then when I fit the window to my screen I cannot see all of the options as shown in the screenshot. I believe this is causing me to not select any outputs and not have any results.

Regional Hazard Simulation (R2D, rWhale) / Error missing json files
« on: June 29, 2021, 12:10:22 AM »
I run into an error in Python with exit code 1 saying EVENT.json and SAM.json are not found. Should these have been included in the windows download? I am trying to run the example 3 file for Anchorage.
