Post by: Anne Hulsey on September 16, 2021, 10:56:51 PM
Thanks, Kuanshi, for your ongoing work on extracting the realizations.csv file from openquake. In case it is helpful, I am attaching the Jupyter Notebook that I currently use to extract it.

Hi Anne,

Thanks for helping testing the nightly builds with OpenQuake classical PSHA and sharing the scripts with us!  I implemented this feature of extracting the realizations.csv file in the 210916 build here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1T84xXse06K2O3IztKP_crRuPMbUa8HpG/view?usp=sharing (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1T84xXse06K2O3IztKP_crRuPMbUa8HpG/view?usp=sharing) and the test input files here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/10ln_4rqEe9MSv5Ljbcf2v08OPTkb6WfR/view?usp=sharing (https://drive.google.com/file/d/10ln_4rqEe9MSv5Ljbcf2v08OPTkb6WfR/view?usp=sharing).

Many thanks again!
Kuanshi
