Title: Turbulent Inlet Flow for OF-8

Dear Peter,

I hope that this message finds you very well.
I intend to use the turbulent inflow library for generating turbulent flow. However, I would like to know if this library will be available for OF-version 8 or not!?

At the moment, OpenFOAM 8 is not yet available (by default) on Design-safe. Once this is possible, we will definitely look at the possible changes to be made to support OF-8.

I also think that it will be great if the turbulent inflow library can be implemented in OpenFoam v8, as some features in v8 (such as reading in Tables with non-uniform thermo-physical properties) are very useful.
