Title: location of acceleration component pulldown in EE-UQ

Hello,

The EVT page of EE-UQ includes a pulldown for the acceleration component of interest. As this is part of the record selection, it would be more intuitive if it were placed above the "Select Records" button. I'm attaching a suggestion.

Hi Anne,

Thanks again for this feedback!  An edits was made following your suggestion in the EE-UQ (https://github.com/NHERI-SimCenter/EE-UQ/pull/83 will be incorporated into the next release) and the UI now is like the attached picture below.
