Title: Pop Up Input Fields for User Defined EDP

Hi,

I am trying to use the user defined EDP field to run an analysis, but when I use the drop down to select User Defined, I am not getting the input fields to show. I had someone else try to do the same, and their user defined EDP seems to be working, but I am on a Mac and they are on a PC, so I am not sure if that is the issue.

I have the most recent version of EE-UQ downloaded, and attached a screenshot below. Thanks for the help.

I have updated the source code. I will have a new release out tomorrow 2/8/23. It was strange it worked on Windows. The code was using a deprecated function that the windows .dll still obviously contains.
