Title: FEATURE: Report Failed Runs

When running thousands of NLRHA it is necessary to know when the simulation fails. Please create a standard recorder reporting the running time of each simulation for the user to filter successful runs from those with convergence problems.

Feature will be added, assigned BA6 in software requirements documentation if you want to track
