I tried to open the model but it’s giving me these errors (attached snapshots). Last day I was trying to solve these issues but couldn’t able to solve so far. Can you please help in this matter? Thanks!
PS: This is a user request received from user (Fahad) over email.

After a lot of iterations and (email) discussions with the user, we have come to the below conclusion:
All the SimCenter tools are presently compiled on Windows10 (done by Frank). The stable version, available on DesignSafe and compiled by Frank, works.
So the conclusion is that there seems to be an issue when the software is packaged using Windows8 (done by Ajay). We will instead package, again using Frank's computer with Windows10 and send an updated package.

We have created a new executable (using Frank's Windows system) and shared it with the user. This error has been sorted out.
