Title: Build QuoFEM on Linux HPC
Post by: rsam1993 on May 23, 2023, 11:49:32 PM
Dear all,

We would like to build QuoFEM on our server which is a Linux Machine. Is it possible to have this application on Linux? If yes, where can I get the source codes or container to set it up.

Thank you,

Hi,

Yes, quoFEM can be built on Linux. Please follow the instruction in the quoFEM documentation -  how to build  (https://nheri-simcenter.github.io/quoFEM-Documentation/common/developer_manual/how_to_build/desktop/how_to_build.html) section.

If you encounter any difficulties or come across errors while following the instructions, please let us know. We can also set up a quick Zoom call to troubleshoot if needed/preferred.
