Title: FEATURE Request: technical information on methods

Would it be possible to group some technical information on the theory and methods used? If these are in the Dakota technical manual, it may suffice to add the section in their manual. Otherwise, for example, in the sensitivity analysis, Sobol indices are output and it would be good to have a reference supporting those.

We will add more references in the documentation and i will include references and mathematical equations for Sobol indices before official 2.1.0 release (June 2020). Tasks have been created in our system for this. I may ping you later when documentation has ben updated to see if sufficient or you would like more.
