Title: FEATURE request: input random variable info via input script

It would be useful, if possible, to input random variable information such as name, type, parameters via input scripts, especially if the model includes many random variables.

the user can currently load a saved json file for the problem as a whole in which case they can edit the fields there. We will also add a feature allowing the user to load the RV's from a JSON file. I will put the request into our system and will schedule it for the version 3.0 release (Sept 2020).
