Performance Based Engineering (PBE) / Preferences Page and No Default Available Components

Hello Adam,
I was the person who asked about no default components available at the very end today. So whenever I reset the preferences, the image attached is what comes up for me (it was the same when I first opened it). I believe it is different from what you showed. Also, C:/PBE does not exist in my computer so I manually set it to the correct location of the PBE folder and the no default components problems persisted. Please let me know how to deal with this.
