Performance Based Engineering (PBE) / DL_summary_stats.csv error

Hi there,
I was trying to run the shear building simulation and hazus assessment in PBE V3.1.1. I am getting error "Could not open file: C:/onedrive/OneDrive - vit.ac.in/Documents/PBE/LocalWorkDir/tmp.SimCenter/DL_summary_stats.csv. Damage and loss results are not available. See the log (above) for more information on the error. " Also am getting dakotaTab.out not found and Response.csv not created error.
Have also tried to run without the example file but the same error persists.
I have attached the log file along with this, help me to resolve this.
