Regional Hazard Simulation (R2D, rWhale) / Unable to login in Designsafe

Hi,

When I try to login in Designsafe in Simcenter R2D user interface, it shows me the error message: ERROR: Unable to generate credentials for appClient.

This bug has suddenly happened from yesterdaty, and I could use Designsafe smoothly with R2D user interface before.

Could you give me some hints about how to figure out this problem?

Hi,

I found a download problem with reference about running remotely on DesignSafe (in documentation section "Developer manual" 2.4.2). That means I could not download the domenstrated example in the website. Could you help figure out this problem?

Hi,

After extracting San Francisco building inventory from Brails, I notice that value "H1" within column "StructureType", which does not correspond to any structure types defined in Hazus. As a consequence, when I ran R2D with inventory containing value "H1", the program failed. Therefore, I am wondering if you can give a brief description of structure type "H1" so that I can process it with combination of other structure types? Thank you!

Dear,

I am using Simcenter R2D Tool to simulate earthquake scenarios. However, after forecasting rupture scenarios, I found a problem that for some rupture scenarios, the Probability and MeanAnnualRate are over 1(with the magnitude over 7!). I have no idea what causes this problem. Could you please give me some hints?

Hi,

I use earthquake scenario simulation to obtain HAZ input. However, when I select Spectral Acceleration (SA) as the Intensity Measure in the earthquake scenario simulation and then run my program, the output indicates 'No result to import'. Upon checking the log file, I encountered the following error " f_unit = units[kind.split('_')[0]]
KeyError: 'SA(0.01)'", causing no DL files would be output. I am unsure how to resolve it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
