Not quite sure what you are asking. The The MDOF_Lu model that is one of the options used in R2D creates a simple line model based on Hazus parameters. You can provide your own script to create models for the region based on building properties and as such you could use any data to create the models. The documentation for the MDOF_LU model and indeed the theory behind how the models are created can be found in papers by Prof. Xinzheng Lu. His papers can be found on his website:
