Unable to retrieve old jobs

Hi,

I am trying to retrieve old jobs and it keeps giving me an error that the job could not be retrieved. Please find the screenshot enclosed. Also, the dakota.json file that was retrieved is empty (also enclosed along).

best option is to go to designsafe and see what is there

1. go to the designsafe portal
2. using workspace pull down slect data depot.
3. this is like a file browser .. if you look at what you sent you will see tool is trying to download a folder in archive/jobs .. sso in data dept click on archive and the jobs and then look for the folder
