Hello Dear Sir/Mme,

I was trying to run a job with the HydroUQ software but my job shown blocked in the job list. So i would like to ask you what can cause this and how to solve it.

sorry for the delay in responding. can you open the tool, go to preferences and tell me the tapis app id .. should be the last one in the window. sorry and thanks
